Long-term Study System

Regarding Long-term Study System

Some majors in the Graduate School of Human Sciences have introduced a long-term study system.

Long-term study system is to expand the learning opportunities of people who want to study while engaging in occupations, etc. If you have an offer that you would like to enroll in education course over a period of time, it is a system that allows you to take a planned course.

The applicant is a person who has difficulty completing the course within the normal period of study because of the limited number of the unit that can be acquired per year than the student who is enrolled in the regular training period by having the occupation,

And in completing the course, the students who wish to set up a course of study in advance are subject to a plan. “Regarding the handling of long-term study in the Graduate School of Human Sciences” (* 1), if you are a student who is a member of this program and you would like to apply for this system, please contact your supervisor and ask for your request.

Recruiting the 3rd Japan Student Services Organization (JASSO) Graduate Scholarship (Category 1, Category 2), reservation hiring for 2018.

Scholarships will be transferred from June after the enrollment application (graduate school attendance) however in reservation hiring that decides candidates for recruitment prior to admission, it will be possible to transfer in April. Also, as the scholarship loan is decided at an early stage, there is an advantage such as being able to go on to study abruptly.

Regarding the presence or timing of implementation of each major, etc., we have posted on the following sites, so for those who have not completed the Graduate school entrance examinations by the deadline for the third-time application of the selected major if you are planning to apply for a scholarship, please apply for this opportunity.

A gathering of students from the Graduate School of Human Sciences in 2017: Monday, 24th July, 2017

Student gatherings sponsored by the Graduate School of Human Sciences was held in the wild Forest (outdoor activities Workshop) on campus at 15:00 on Monday, 24th July, 2017. Graduate students belonging to the Graduate School of Research became a caretaker, and was held by the support of Professor Akihiro Sakamoto and staff at the University of Tsukuba outdoor Pursuits and Education laboratory.

This student gathering is part of the mental health measures of the students in the Graduate school, in order to build a system that allows students to freely consult with each other beyond the boundaries of 28 majors, it is held from 2013. It was the fifth time this year, and 48 graduate students participated.

The group experience of the day and the outdoor party of the evening part deepened communication beyond the major and the research field, and a lot of smiles became an impressive gathering.
