Date & Time: Wednesday, February 15, 2017, 2:00 p.m.
Place: D116 (public lecture hall) in the University of Tsukuba Laboratory of Advanced Research D Building
This program aims to organize and systematize Faculty Development (FD) that consists of two levels: Teaching Assistants (TA) and Teaching Fellows (TF) to practice FD activities for fostering future university professionals.
Three FD programs have been implemented already. The school’s faculty members offered model classes and lectures and graduate students gave reports on the results of their on-site hands-on training.
This will be the fourth program and among the graduate students who received the Outstanding TF Award, four TF students will practice TF public classes.
We continue to expect greater participation from faculty members and researchers in addition to graduate students who are or want to be TFs.
