1.趣旨・目的

　本企画は、ＴＡ(Teaching Assistant)－ＴＦ(Teaching Fellow) の２つのレベルから構成されるＦＤの組織化・制度化を指向し、未来型の大学人育成のためのＦＤ活動を実践しようとするものです。

 すでに３回のＦＤプログラムを実施し、本学術院・研究科の教員によるモデル授業や講演などを行ってきました。

　第４回目に当たる今回は、FD大賞を受賞した学位P「プレゼン」と、ＴＦ優秀賞３名の院生にそれぞれ「ＴＦ公開授業」を実践してもらいます。

1.Aim and Purpose

This project is oriented toward the organization and institutionalization of FD consisting of two levels, TA (Teaching Assistant)-TF (Teaching Fellow), and seeks to implement FD activities for the development of future university personnel.

Three FD programs have already been held, including model classes and lectures by faculty members of the Academy and Graduate School

In this fourth edition, the degree P “Presentation”, winner of the FD Grand Prize, and the three TF Excellence Awards graduate students will each practice their “TF Open Class”.　

As in the past, we expect a wide range of participation from graduate students who have become TFs or aspire to become TFs, as well as faculty, various researchers, and others.

「人間総合科学学術院が目指すこれからの大学院教育－人間総合科学学術院総合戦略本部からの提案－」

趣旨目的

SDGsやSociety 5.0が目指す社会を実現し、現下のあるいは将来の世界規模課題を解決していくために、これからの大学院教育は、これまで以上に国際性・学際性・専門性をより広範かつ融合的に学び、あらゆる壁を超えて協働し、未来を牽引できる社会変革の担い手を育成する機能や研究力を強化・持続していくことが課題となっている。

　そこで本学術院では、この課題に積極的かつ戦略的に取り組むために「デザイン」「マネジメント」「アライアンス」という３つのチームから成る「人間総合科学学術院総合戦略本部」を設置し、新たな高度学際型教育の推進と展開を図っている。

　今回の第３回FDでは、それぞれのチームの活動の概要とその成果および今後の展望についてご発表いただき、それらをもとに本学術院が目指すべき高度学際教育のあり方や方向性について議論する。

Theme

Future Graduate School Education Aimed at by the Graduate School of Comprehensive Human Sciences

　　- the General Strategic Headquarter for the Graduate School of Comprehensive Human Sciences-  

Aim and purpose

In order to realize a society that meets the goals of the SDGs and Society 5.0, and to solve global-scale issues, future graduate school education should strengthen research capabilities and functions to foster leaders of social change who can learn in international, interdisciplinary, and specialized settings, work collaboratively across any boundaries and lead the future. Therefore, to promote and develop a new advanced interdisciplinary education, our graduate school has established a ”the General Strategic Headquarter for the Graduate School of Comprehensive Human Sciences”　consisting of three teams: “Design,” “Management,” and “Alliance”. In this 3rd FD program, we will discuss the ideal form and direction of advanced interdisciplinary education that the Graduate School aims at by promoting the roles, functions, and expected results of three teams.

Theme: Developing the Internationality of our Graduate school with a focus on the Future

Aim and purpose

  It is becoming increasingly important to develop human resources that can play an active role in the world in order to realize a truly comprehensive university which will be responsible for the creation of GLOBAL TRUST*, the foundation of future society. In this 2nd FD session, we will introduce three international educational programs that represent our graduate school, and will explain their significance.

  GLOBAL TRUST*: Relationship of trust, including trust between individuals, trust between individuals and society (or organizations, etc.), and trust between societies (or organizations, countries, etc.). (Definition from the 4th Interim Goals).

1. Aim and purpose

This project aims to organize and institutionalize FD, which consists of two levels, TA (Teaching Assistant)-TF (Teaching-Fellow), and to implement FD activities for the development of future university personnel.

This time, we have asked faculty members from the Doctoral Program in

Counseling Science, Doctoral Program in Medical Sciences , Master’s and Doctoral Program in Neuroscience, Master’s and Doctoral Program in Informatics Studies to give model classes demonstrating the attitude and necessary skills when teaching as a TF.

令和４年度大学院生を対象とした人間総合科学学術院・研究科武者修行型学修派遣支援の募集について

このことについて、本学術院・研究科大学院生の「グローバル化」の一層の促進を図ることを目的として、下記のとおり武者修行型学修派遣支援を募集します。
ついては、貴学位プログラム/専攻において下記対象内容に合致する大学院生の派遣計画がある場合は、7月25日（月）正午までに、各学位プログラム/専攻対応の副学術院（研究科）長へ様式１により申請してください。
なお、複数の応募者がある場合は、対応の副学術院（研究科）長へお問い合わせください。

１．対象者・採用人数
本学術院・研究科に在籍する者（正規生）を対象とする。採用人数は、学術院・研究科全体で10名程度とする。（参考：令和元年度採用人数：10名）

２．対象期間
原則として、令和4年10月から令和5年3月末日までに派遣期間が終了するものを対象とする。但し、休学期間中の派遣は認めない。

３．対象内容
大学院生自身の学位論文に関する研究活動（海外の研究者からの研究手法の修得や研究情報の収集、史料・資料収集、調査実施等）を行うために、大学院生自身が派遣先と交渉して計画した派遣を対象とする。
但し、国際学会、シンポジウム、セミナー、研究集会及び研修等への派遣は対象としない。
また、留学生については、武者修行型学修の趣旨から母国への派遣は認めないものとする。

４．支援内容
国内移動交通費、日本から海外派遣先の最寄り空港までの往復航空運賃（最下級の低廉なもの）、および日当・宿泊費を含め30万円を上限として支援する。派遣期間は、最長2週間（移動日を含む。）までとする。

５．報告書
派遣された大学院生は、派遣終了後、2週間以内に報告書（様式３）を提出するとともに、FDプログラム等で成果発表等を依頼する場合がある。

６．その他
派遣先の変更は、いかなる場合も認めない。但し、派遣期間の変更は、場合により認められる。
