The announcement for the application of the DSEP Joint Research and Study Abroad Support has been released.
For the MDA Advanced Project Research and MDA Advanced Research Study Abroad courses offered in the Data Science Expert Program (DSEP), students are required to conduct joint research, internships, etc., in Japan for the former and abroad for the latter. Applications for support in these programs are now open, and you are encouraged to apply.
Application Procedure:
1. Register for the MDA course on manaba: Use registration key 1443621. 2. Submit the DSEP Application Form available under ‘DSEP Course Related’ on the MDA course page in manaba. 3. ◆ Data Science Expert Program (DSEP) Course Enrollment Orientation: 4/11(Thu)
Data Science Expert Program (DSEP)/DSEP+ provides a certificate of completion to students who meet specific criteria, and encourages research activities and thesis writing through interdisciplinary research while sharing, collaborating, and co-creating data with research institutions, companies, and local governments in Japan and overseas.
The program aims to nurture doctoral talents endowed with specialized data analysis skills and the practical ability to propose data-driven solutions.
At this session, we will provide an overview of DSEP/DSEP+, curriculum and course requirements, subjects offered, educational support, and off-campus collaborative activities with companies, etc.
Individual consultations will be available after the event.
Graduate School of Comprehensive Human Sciences 4th FD Program 2023
February 21 , (Wednesday) 14:00 to March 1 , (Friday) 16:00 On-demand delivery at manaba
1.Aim and Purpose
This project is oriented toward the organization and institutionalization of FD consisting of two levels, TA (Teaching Assistant)-TF (Teaching Fellow), and seeks to implement FD activities for the development of future university personnel.
Three FD programs have already been held, including model classes and lectures by faculty members of the Academy and Graduate School
In this fourth edition, the degree P “Presentation”, winner of the FD Grand Prize, and the three TF Excellence Awards graduate students will each practice their “TF Open Class”.
As in the past, we expect a wide range of participation from graduate students who have become TFs or aspire to become TFs, as well as faculty, various researchers, and others.
