講演内容: Taylor博士は、体温調節を主体とした環境生理学研究及び産業生理学の世界的権威です。多くの国際雑誌掲載論文公表、さらに、Human Performanceに関して教科書(Physiological Bases of Human Performance during Work and Exercise, Elsevier, 2008)を編集、国際学会の主催(International Conference of Environmental Ergonomics, Integrated Conference on Pharmacology and Physiology of Thermoregulationなど)、さらに、European Journal of Applied PhysiologyのReview Editorなど、からその活躍が伺えます。今回は、ヒトの発汗調節に関する新知見を含めた総括的な話をしていただく予定です。
